Today I decided to mix it up a little with the food art. I wanted to make an acai super bowl this morning with lots of healthy goodness. It’s been getting super hot here even in the early morning and this was a great way to start my busy day. You can use other topping for this as well, it’s doesn’t have to be what I put on top of the acai mixture.

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of frozen Sambazon Acai
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of blueberries or blackberries or strawberries
- 1 cup of coconut water
Suggested Toppings:
- unsweetened shredded coconut
- granola
- blackberries or any berry
- sliced almonds
- mangos
- dark chocolate bits
- bananas
- chia seeds
Instructions:
- Place all in blender and mix away!
- Top with toppings of your choice
- ENJOY and be HAPPY! =D
