Fun Acai Super Bowl

Today I decided to mix it up a little with the food art. I wanted to make an acai super bowl this morning with lots of healthy goodness. It’s been getting super hot here even in the early morning and this was a great way to start my busy day. You can use other topping for this as well, it’s doesn’t have to be what I put on top of the acai mixture.

  • 1 packet of frozen Sambazon Acai
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of blueberries or blackberries or strawberries
  • 1 cup of coconut water

Suggested Toppings:

  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • granola
  • blackberries or any berry
  • sliced almonds
  • mangos
  • dark chocolate bits
  • bananas
  • chia seeds


  1. Place all in blender and mix away!
  2. Top with toppings of your choice
  3. ENJOY and be HAPPY! =D
