It’s that time of year again! Spring cleaning! For some of us that means cleaning out our cabinets, closets, garages, pantry, storage, backyards, etc. and for others it may mean cleaning out their bodies inside and out. I like to do both during this time of year ‘cuz it just feels so good! So time for spring cleaning and “spring cleansing”.
I didn’t understand what it meant to “detox” until later in life…probably around my late 20’s. I remember doing a colon cleanse once and felt so good after. It’s great to rejuvenate, recharge, and renew your body. It’s like cleaning out the pipes and tubes in your body to help them function better. Think of how “Drain-O” works to clear out the pipes in your home…well, just like Drain-O, we need to also clear out the toxins in our bodies that we may not be aware of how they are “clogging” our system.
