What a summer it’s been! It was nice to take a month off from routine and spend precious time with my loved ones. I loved seeing friends getting married, celebrating birthdays, and watching my little cubs grow. Another wonderful season has come and gone. I usually like to do a quick mini-detox when each season ends. To end summer, I decided to make Detox Juice.
For my Detox Juice I experimented using leftover fruit I had at home. Since i’ve been having some indigestion and minor stomach issues lately I decided to see if I could get ginger into my juice. Surprisingly, I was able to sneak the ginger into the Detox Juice without even the kids noticing! The kids really enjoyed this one and wanted more!
Detox Juice Ingredients:
- 4 Oranges
- 2 Ripe peaches
- One big slice of ginger (about 1/2 in.)
Instructions:
- Peel orange skin off. Cut up peaches, throw out seed.
- Turn juicer on and put it all in there (don’t forget the ginger!)
- Pour over ice and drink up.
- ENJOY and BE HAPPY! 🙂
