Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup almonds
- 8-9 pitted medjool dates (1 cup)
Toffee layer:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 7-8 dates
Chocolate coffee layer:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3 T cocoa powder
- 1 date
- 1 heaping tsp instant coffee powder or grinded coffee beans
Instructions:
- Blend layers separately and press into a brownie pan lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours for setting then slice into small pieces.
- ENJOY and be HAPPY! =)
